Pay for your membership via PayPal or your debit or credit card.

When will my monthly payment be taken?

Your monthly payment will be taken via PayPal or your debit or credit card on or around the same day of the month that you joined.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you may freeze your membership for up to twelve calendar months for any reason.  Just contact admin@newjobfitnessclub.com and we will make arrangements.  Email us again when you're ready to restart.

We will cancel your membership if it is frozen for more than twelve calendar months.

Is the website secure?

Yes, the site is certified secure by McAfee.

How do I make a complaint?

Simply email admin@newjobfitnessclub.com with your instructions.  Your membership will expire a calendar month after your final payment: there is no cancellation fee.  We'd be sorry to see you go!
